Everyone knows how delicious a slice of bread and Nutella® is, but there are tons of ways to enjoy your favourite spread. To celebrate Nutella Day today - on February 5, we are featuring an easy Nutella crumble! No kneading is required—just combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix quickly until crumbly. Start by creating the first layer of the mixture in your baking dish, then add a layer of Nutella, followed by a second layer of the mixture. Bake until golden. Make sure to compact the dough with your fingertips and create a border around the edges to contain the Nutella. Enjoy your delicious dessert! Grazie a Moltofood.it!
Ingredients:
400g plain flour; 2 eggs; 100g butter; 150g sugar;
8g baking powder; 1 sachet vanilla; 400g Nutella or other hazelnut spread.
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine flour, butter, eggs, and sugar. Add the baking powder and vanilla. Start mixing everything together with a spatula, then use your hands to further combine the ingredients. Work the mixture with your fingertips until it forms a coarse, crumbly dough. Line a 22 cm springform pan with a disc of parchment paper. Scoop out half of the dough and press it down firmly with your hands to create a base. Form a rim around the edges to contain the filling. Spread Nutella in the centre and gently smooth it out. Use the remaining half of the dough to create the topping, covering the entire surface and lightly compacting it. Bake in a conventional oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool before unmolding the cake. Once cooled, your Nutella crumble is ready to be enjoyed!
