Turin Film Festival November

The 43rd Turin Film Festival, took place from November 21 to 29, 2025. The program featured films in competition—including features, documentaries, and shorts—as well as special events and appearances by notable guests such as Spike Lee and Sergio Castellitto. Attendees enjoyed film screenings, taking part in events with participating filmmakers - all this in the background of this stunning Northern Italian City.

During the film festival in Turin, a star-studded lineup gathered at the Arcadia restaurant in the Galleria Subalpina. Among the attendees were Antonio Banderas, Jacqueline Bisset, Franco Nero, and Vanessa Redgrave. Banderas enjoyed dinner featuring traditional Savoy flavors, including gnocchi with roast beef sauce, braised pork cheek, veal with tuna sauce, gianduja mousse, and fine Piedmontese wine. Alberto Ferrari, the owner of the historic Arcadia restaurant located in the 19th-century Galleria Subalpina at the heart of Turin, shared: "He arrived with his team and was very kind and approachable with everyone. He didn't make any special requests or exhibit any celebrity whims. He completely trusted our recommendations and the dishes that reflect and respect authentic Piedmontese cuisine."

Antonio Banderas was honored with a lifetime achievement award by the Torino Film Festival in Turin, Italy, where the Oscar-nominated actor will present a special screening of Pedro Almodóvar’s semi-autobiographical 2019 drama “Pain and Glory.”
