Every weekend during the Fair, at 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, cooking shows offer visitors the chance to discover the secrets of renowned national and international chefs. These chefs dedicate their creativity to dishes specifically crafted to highlight the exquisite Alba White Truffle, often referred to as the "white gold" of the Langhe. Guests will experience the live preparation of signature dishes with a top chef, who shares secrets, ingredients, and techniques. Each step offers a unique experience, reminiscent of a restaurant kitchen in autumn, where the aroma of high-quality ingredients and Alba White Truffle fills the air.
In addtion, special Dinners are taken place in remarkable historical or cultural locations, blending exploration with gastronomy. Participants enjoy a guided tour leading to an exclusive dinner featuring a menu crafted by Michelin-starred chefs, highlighting local excellence. The evening culminates in expertly paired dishes and fine local wines, making each dinner a sensory journey through the flavors of Piedmontese and Italian cuisine.
