Following its acclaimed debut in Milan and Paris, the exhibition ‘Dal Cuore alle Mani: Dolce&Gabbana’ (From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce&Gabbana) will be hosted at Palazzo Esposizioni Roma from May 14 to August 13, 2025. This exhibition is a landmark of contemporary visual culture and is recognized as the largest exhibition and cultural center in the heart of the Eternal City. Featuring over two hundred textile artworks, the exhibition showcases authentic examples of Made-in-Italy craftsmanship. It serves as a love letter to Italian culture, which has inspired the creative visions of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The exhibition features a hall dedicated to haute couture and another devoted to glass mastery. There is a room celebrating the rich folklore of Sicily, alongside one that pays homage to Sardinia. Visitors can also experience the striking contrasts of baroque white and the black and gold of devotion. Throughout the exhibition, craftsmanship remains the central theme, guiding visitors on a captivating journey.
Promoted by the Department of Culture of Roma Capitale and Azienda Speciale Palaexpo, with the patronage of Roma Capitale, the exhibition is produced and organized by Azienda Speciale Palaexpo in collaboration with IMG. It is curated by Florence Müller, with scenography designed by Agence Galuchat. This extraordinary retrospective unfolds across a series of immersive rooms that span 1,500 square meters.
The exhibition highlights the rich tapestry of Italian cultural influences that are central to Dolce&Gabbana’s creative vision, including art, architecture, master craftsmanship, folklore, music, opera, ballet, theatre, and, of course, the timeless allure of la dolce vita.
