The prestigious three-Michelin-star restaurant, Da Vittorio, is opening a pastry shop in Rome.

The Cerea family is bringing its Da Vittorio brand to Rome for the first time. They will kick off by opening a pastry shop in the city center, featuring all products sourced from its bakery laboratories. Da Vittorio, based in Brusaporto, is a true gastronomic powerhouse. It's fitting to describe the company as a "battleship," as it generates over 100 million euros annually while maintaining high-quality, artisanal products through its restaurants, pizzerias, catering services, cafés, and packaged goods. As the first group in Italy dedicated exclusively to high-quality catering in terms of size, Da Vittorio is now poised to welcome international investors for further aggressive expansion worldwide.

The Da Vittorio Group recently celebrated the grand opening of their restaurant in Milan in the new Louis Vuitton building. As part of their online business, you can also buy the ingredients of their famous signature dish "Paccheri alla Vittorio," a modern dish that has quickly become a classic in Italian cuisine. This includes the Paccheri Pasta and the famous Tomato Sauce da Vittorio.

About a year ago, they also ventured into the chocolate industry with their range of unique and delicious praline selection. The Da Vittorio Café Louis Vuitton sits in the former courtyard of Palazzo Taverna, accessible from Via Montenapoleone stores.

Its design resembles a Brianza villa, featuring a glass roof inspired by Cecil Beaton’s jardin d’hiver.

The new Hotel Orient Express, which recently began welcoming guests and will gradually open its doors to the public, is located in the historic Albergo Minerva, just a stone's throw from the Pantheon. The hotel features a rooftop restaurant offering breathtaking views, along with an oriental restaurant also located on the top floor. Additionally, there will be dining options in the courtyard, a wine bar overlooking Piazza della Minerva, and a speakeasy cocktail bar in the basement. And a Da Vittorio pastry shop which will be located inside the Hotel Orient Express in Rome - set to open in a few weeks or the latest, after the summer of 2025. It will be situated at the corner of this spectacular new hotel, designed by Hugo Toro, between Piazza della Minerva and Via dei Cestari.

The new Da Vittorio pastry shop in Rome will feature delicacies from the Cerea family, known for their Michelin-starred restaurant in Brusaporto. Opened in 2021, their 3,500-square-meter pastry lab supplies a variety of products, including colombe, panettoni, pralines, chocolates, and biscuits, all crafted by renowned pastry chef Simone Finazzi.  Similar to the Da Vittorio Selection store in Milan, the Rome location will focus on takeaway options, including brioche, small pastries, and sauces. It will showcase packaged goods, embodying the essence of a prestigious Italian gastronomic maison, in a lively square near Bernini's iconic Elephant sculpture.
