Valentino's Glamorous Amalfi Coast Beach Club With Palazzo Avino

This summer, Valentino has collaborated with Palazzo Avino—the iconic Ravello Hotel on an extensive summertime pop-up. Complete with a pop-up Valentino Resort Boutique showcasing the brand’s “Escape” 2023 capsule collection" (caftans, light mini dresses and beachwear in the iconic Valentino Animalier, Loop and Panther prints). And a complete refresh of the Palazzo Avino Beach Club in nearby Marmorata,  complete with stylish red umbrellas and sun loungers with the instantly recognizable “V” logo. The  Beach changing room, life rafts and the interior fabrics of the hotel’s Riva speedboat, all matching the Valentino look.  Beach towels are Valentino red, as are even the yoga mats. Palazzo Avino is a stunning five-star deluxe hotel on Italy’s famed Amalfi coast. Built in what was once a 12th century private villa for an Italian noble family and opened as a hotel in 1997, Palazzo Avino has been landed as one of the world’s finest hotels and boasts one-star Michelin dining. Famous Ravello on a medieval hilltop, high on the cliffs, 350 m above the azurro Mediterranean, Palazzo Avino overlooks some of the coast’s most picturesque fishing villages.

Mariella Avino, one of the family owners of the hotel, shared, “ How very eye-catching the Valentino makeover has been”.  Guests at the hotel also receive Valentino sunglasses and keychains. Avino says that she views their collaboration as both stylish and symbiotic: “Growing up in an Italian family when talking about fashion, Valentino was the brand, was the designer, and is so linked to also Italian history in terms of fashion and the lifestyle, that I could not think of a better partner for this,” she says.
