Ferragamo Sales increasing - new Collection by new Creative Director

Sales at Italian luxury goods group Salvatore Ferragamo rose by 12.7 percent annually driven by strong demand in Europe. Revenues reached €921 million euros in the January-September period, Ferragamo said on Tuesday. The success of the new collections for spring-summer 2023 “adds further confidence in the acceleration of investment in the second half of the year.” Maximilian Davis was appointed creative director in March as part of the new CEO’s plans to revamp the brand, whose shoes have been worn by Hollywood legends such as Audrey Hepburn. Ferragamo will double its marketing spend, as well as investing in technology and a revamped store concept, as part of a bid to attract younger clients. A new capsule collection celebrates the vision of contemporary travel bringing the House’s unique craftsmanship on a new journey of discovery and exploration. This is the first chapter of a nomadic story of creativity and freedom, hinting at the infinite possibilities we’ll find every step of the way.
