Creations include entrees such as Gigliosole: Scallops in Bisque-Thai with Siracusa Lemon; Primi Piatti such as Tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano Cream; or Handcut Pappardella al Ragù and mains such as Summer at Versilia: Crispy cod with mediterranean flavours; or Rossini’s Chianina - Chianina fillet with black truffle, Brunello and caviar or a Luxury Burger Taka's Bun which is a steamed bun with pork belly of cinta senese.
