The famous Cavallino restaurant in Maranello, right in front of the Ferrari headquarters, will reopen at the end of May. Both the history and tradition of the restaurant will be newly reinterpreted thanks to the collaboration of the famous architect India Mahdavi, while the Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura will contribute with his gastronomic virtuosity to create a unique culinary experience. This is the place where engineer Enzo Ferrari would go every Sunday to watch the car races.
Acccording to Bottura, he will present a profoundly traditional cuisine, but without it ever being nostalgic. The President of Ferrari, John Elkann in fact announced not just the opening of the Cavallino restaurant but also the the first Luxury collection for men and women entirely conceived and designed by Ferrari, which will be distributed through a completely new network of flagship stores, as well as online.
The collection will tell the distinctive values of Ferrari, therefore craftsmanship, elegance and innovation, and will be dedicated to lovers of the brand and fashion from all over the world ".
