The first Beefbar in Italy opens in the 5 Star Ferragamo Hotel in Milan

For its Italian debut, Beefbar chose the iconic city of Milan and a prestigious address, housed in the newly opened 5* Hotel Portrait Milano, owned by the Ferragamo family, and located in one of the oldest seminaries in Europe. For this 1st Beefbar opening in Italy, Riccardo Giraudi and his Executive Chef imagined Italian-inspired comfort food in addition to the Beefbar classics. Homemade Wagyu and veal Bolognese with fresh pappardelle, a lemon & yuzu osso bucco risotto, exclusive Kobe beef bresaola, veal scaloppini with Yuzu & lime.  Riccardo Giraudi aka the Beefboy is not only the exclusive importer of the finest meats in the world, but also a dynamic and creative restaurateur with a total of  30 Beefbars all over the globe.

A different type of  restaurant concept, with over 30 cleverly thought-out concepts in Monaco, America, Europe and Asia (including some that are Michelin-starred).  Born in Monte-Carlo in 2005, Beefbar breaks with the rigid, traditional codes of steakhouses, through its glamorous lines, a clear-cut personality, its modern luxury feel and a 360 degrees experience. In the kitchen, the executive chef Thierry Paludetto works closely with Riccardo Giraudi to create incredible, tasty yet simple dishes. The Beefbar menu is divided into three parts : sexy street food inspired by the most popular recipes from around the world, great meat cuts sourced in Australia, Japan and the United States, and iconic dishes, from sides to mains and desserts.
